I travel and I shoot things
Hi! My name is Chelsea. I am a visual storyteller, exploring the world through human connections and cross-cultural experiences. My greatest desire is to use my gift of photographic and written storytelling to share stories of people living lives of courage, hope, resilience, goodness, and joy in the world. It is my hope that these stories inspire all of us to do a little good in our own corner of the globe, and also to give more of a damn about what goes on beyond our own borders.
Humanitarian Work
Ethical Storytelling
I have worked with extraordinary people and organizations around the world... from a charity climb up Mt. Kilimanjaro raising awareness and funds for sexual and gender-based violence to a documentary film about a group of women who survived Ravensbrück concentration camp during WWII. As an ethical storyteller, I focus on amplifying the stories and voices asking to be seen and heard. I care deeply about the dignity and consent of my subjects and choose to partner with those who feel the same.

I got my first taste of international travel at age 16 on a trip to Malawi in East Africa. I have since visited 30 countries and my appetite to see the world is yet to be satiated. While my greatest passion is working on documentary projects to advance humanitarian stories and issues, I love to see as much of the world as possible as a global citizen.
